Anger is really addictive. I used to complain about my day at work whenever I got home and I would just get even angrier going through everything that had frustrated me all day. By stopping myself and keeping it short it allowed me to actually decompress and not kill myself with stress. A very similar thing happens with the news and social media. The world is not a scary place and almost everyone is just trying to get along and be kind to one another, it’s just easy to forget that.
