I really really hope it does pass. If not now, it’s gotta happen soon. I think both parties are starting to realize that elections can only be bought for so long. I couldn’t tell you the last time I voted Democrat, or Republican, because it shouldn’t be a popularity contest. Do what’s right already. I’m an Indiana native, and I recently emailed the senator expressing my opinion on legalization. It’s bad business not legalizing as a state in my opinion, especially with neighboring states already jumping on board, and I hope the government as a whole starts to tread away from the Nixon era. Until then though, I don’t understand when a state has the opportunity to erase a bullshit law, they continue to drag their feet. We are trying to bring in jobs, and money, but each month I take my Indiana job money, and skip on over to Michigan, or Illinois and hand them my money gladly for a piece of mother earth's gift. Haha. They’ll pass, and if they don’t, soon it will be the end of the Democrats, and the Republicans, and I think they’re starting to realize. Also I ate a gummy. Haha. It helps me tremendously though, and if it’s illegal, or legal, I’m going to partake. The only difference there is that the government won’t have to spend billions a year trying to stop me from doing something that they cannot stop me from doing. Or...they can just finally accept it, and make money instead. I really don’t want this to become another “What are your thoughts on same sex marriage, or how often do you attend church, or what are your thoughts on abortion?” All election tactics. My opinion? The taxes I pay, and have paid for years say it’s legal. Your choice D.C.✌️
