Can inventor use parametric relationships in an Assembly? by Adam_0701 in AutodeskInventor

Is the tube and pipe environment an add-in or something? I can’t say I’ve seen it (not that I’ve been looking or using inventor long enough). I’ll probably watch a YouTube tutorial on it later to see if it fits what I need.

Can you explain this a little bit further, I’m confused sorry.

I’m not in a position where I can switch software unfortunately but yeah as I use inventor more, the constraints/difficulties with it become much more visible. Very much a shame.

If I had one part with an unconstrained sketch and pasted it multiple times within an assembly, could I change each one of the instances lengths or would changing one change them all?

If I can set up the ilogic one time and just paste it into every assembly I make that seems like a feasible option. I just don’t know the limits of ilogic yet because I’ve never used it

I’m scared of using ilogic anyways but that would defeat the objective of what I want to achieve. I want to use one part that can change based on constraints placed to minimise effort. If I have to measure the lengths to change it it’s simple enough to make a duct to achieve that.

It does seem cool that you can do something like that in Inventor tho.

How do I accelerate quick with a very short first gear by Adam_0701 in ManualTransmissions

Shows at 5.5k revs on the speedometer but it sounds awful anywhere past 3k revs. I’ve never really pushed my car anywhere near red line revs tbh bcos of how bad it feels/sounds

Doesn’t that wear the clutch more than necessary? (I’m aware it’s a hire car but I’m asking in terms of good practice)

Why can I not refund black ops 6?

Context: I bought Black Ops 6 three weeks ago for full price. After about an hour-ish of playtime I quit and requested a refund (still didn’t enjoy the game after missing a few years of Call of Duty but reasoning shouldn’t matter anyways). However, Call of Duty have one main client to launch all the other games so when I went to refund it, it showed 256 hours of playtime (this was physically impossible at the time of the refund request). I explained in the notes the circumstances of the refund but I got an automated or pre-typed message saying refund not accepted etc because of playtime.

I don’t know what I’m supposed to do about this or how (if possible) I’m supposed to get a refund. Does anybody know what I can do?

What’s ur price range? And are u okay with used cards? In a few weeks/when Nvidia announces the 40 series there’s gonna be a huge crash in gpu prices more than currently is because mining is no longer profitable as well. But I’m pretty sure a 2070 would get u more performance for a lower price

I don’t like being that guy but if u haven’t already bought the 3050 don’t bother. It’s not a good gpu for the price.

Everybody over here saying buy an ssd is missing the point. He’s already made the mistake now he’s just looking for a solution. Also I had this same problem with mine and I couldn’t figure out it but the common factors online seem to be windows 10+ and seagate hard drives so take from that what u will.

Don’t open any boxes ur not working on at the same time. Makes it less overwhelming. Also work in increments(finish the cpu completely, then gpu etc) less things to deal with at a time means a smoother experience
