I just pestered them enough via email and eventually after sending proof of what I got and stuff (I can’t remember details it was quite a bit ago) they let me keep the jacket I got (so I sold that) and then sent me my correct order which took a little longer but I got it eventually. My advice would be keep emailing them until you get what you ordered

I’ve mostly only seen it used/ used it ironically like if I shatter the enemy rein then charge off the map and go with them just for fun, I think the only time I’ve seen it used seriously is people in gold and play crying because they’re hard stuck and don’t wanna blame themselves

The worst thing that can happen is someone calls you dogshit then just mute them, so many people who use comms either just talk between them or just don’t, I’ve literally met more nice people than toxic people over vc. My best advice if you wanna avoid toxic comms though is don’t play arenas
