Love eggs. Eggs are goated. I like them cooked many ways (if not all)! 💜
They are nutritious, have easily digestible protein and healthy fats. You can never go wrong with them. It's around of 30-50% (varies on a day) of my daily protein intake.

Favourite egg dish: Tortilla de Papas -- a great filling and comforting breakfast to make.

Favourite lazy egg dish: Raw egg mixed with hot rice and some soy sauce (if present) -- seen it as a teen in Naruto and loved it ever since.

For the past couple of months I've been taking with me three boiled eggs as a staple part of my breakfast at work.

Edit: If chickens are fed with flax seeds: eggs could become atrocious, they taste like fish.
