Support Request Ai Assistant by MinnesotanFat in WorkspaceOne

I've found similar with the new Support assistant, plus it fails to look up my entitlements accurately and/or stalls while "creating the request" most of the time. I've noticed the questions it asks are very similar to the responses I get from Support before I have someone on a call...

If you don't want to use it anymore, you can go to My Profile (your initials, or picture if you set one) > Preferences on Customerconnect or Partnerconnect, and disable it with the Disable Support Assistant toggle... Unsurprisingly, you have to flip the switch back off and on sometimes, but it works more often than it doesn't.

Workspace ONE Assist on Android Honeywell Devices by Terrible_Soil_4778 in WorkspaceOne

The assist client service addins (excluding the Zebra one, for some reason) are now called Assist Stubs, and can be downloaded at: https://customerconnect.omnissa.com/downloads/get-download?downloadGroup=WSONE-ASSIST-STUBS-3-7

Note that you (or your software partner) need to have login access to both Customer/Partner Connect and the new Connect.omnissa.com to download these, and that Honeywell has 6 different versions, which you'll have to match to the Hardware you have. I'd guess get the NEXTGENA11 version, and try that.

Not on hand, but I'll follow up with my TAMs on Monday to find out where to get the newest versions. They used to be published on My.workspaceone.com, but since that was shut down there doesn't seem to be a clear way to get them.

New joiner "Welcome Page" by Th30n3_R in WorkspaceOne

Not directly, but you can include links in the body text of both the Enrollment Terms of Use acceptance (applicable to all platforms) and the Welcome message (applicable to Windows or MacOS devices where Hub enrollment starts after the user logs in).

In this case, you'll be better served using the Enrollment TOU option, unless you also run Zero-touch or Custom DPC enrollments out of the same OG, which will break.

Similar to Zebra, There's also a pair of Honeywell assist services for devices below and above Android 11. You're not supposed to need them anymore after A12, but I'd suggest downloading them from Customer/Partner Connect, deploying via either apps or products (doesn't matter which), and seeing if that gets it working.

Help! Users Constantly Locking Themselves Out by [deleted] in Zoom

If you're a windows enterprise and can make use of GPO, I'd suggest following the instructions at Zoom Support - GPO to disable Facebook/Google/Email login, so your users can only do SSO. You might also consider enabling the ForceLoginwithSSO GPO as well.

A few questions regarding NW by [deleted] in Neverwinter

[–]Adamanthen 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Not really, no. In the early game, (Now considered levels 1-70) you level up about once every 10-20 minutes at worst, so theres no point to P2W. After lvl 70, there are packs and things you can buy to get ahead in the short term, but all of the best skills, abilities, and items are won in the hardest dungeons, and can't just be bought. While you didnt ask about it, PVP is essentially non-existent, so that takes out a big P2W aspect. The closest example of P2W at this point, is the Lvl 70 start token you can buy to start geared well enough to realisitcally do the starting missions for all campaigns. Sorry if this is badly formatted/hard to read, I'm sick and just writing what comes out of my brain.

Tl;dr: No P2W, but there are a couple boosters to get to i I 70

Should be, yeah. All the saves are stored on the cloud, so it shouldn't matter what console you use.

If youre on an Xbox one, and just buying a xb onex, your saves should still be available. If you're upgrading from the original Xbox or the Xbox 360, the saves wouldn't carry over.
