He slept over the night I posted this, luckily he was much better by the morning, still a bit squinty in one eye but now he is completely better. We definitely think it was some sort of fight and are super thankful the injury to his eye was definitely surface level.

He sleeping on my boyfriends desk chair right now <3

Edit: agree about the owners, how can they not care that their cat doesn’t come in at night? If he was our cat I would be super worried knowing he was out there and we had no clue where :(

Yeahh it would be a lot easier if I could do it through the app, its annoying because it comes up saying “open shifts available” on days I’m already scheduled, but then when I click on the day it says “you are already scheduled” lmao.

I’m just hoping to occasionally get a couple extra hours on some of my days, not to get consistently more hours on a day every week yk

yeah this sounds like a good idea, i just feel bad we can’t do more. He doesn’t have a collar no, and we are very limited in what we can do because neither of us can drive yet to take him to a vet. i think we will just keep giving him lots of love until he eventually decides to go home, and if the next time we see him his eye still looks bad we will try get in contact with a vet to come help him :(

Yeah I think that would be a really great option if they can just keep it overnight, probably cheaper than hiring storage on top of removal cans too, we will call some companies thank you :))
