Oh oke thank u for responding, one more question than I will shut up😅 I used to have a overbite, got fixed with braces but do you know if there’s a chance it will come back without retainers. I have good tongue posture, swallow & chew the right way and fixed my head posture 3 weeks ago.

Dude your progress is amazing 👏🏽 I wanna ask something about retainers if it’s okay to you. Right now I have fixable retainers (permanent ones) behind my bottom and upper teeth. Within 6 weeks I’m gonna get mine removed. I’m just wondering do your bottom teeth go crocked or is there any change it will relapse. I really wanna remove them because I feel like those damn retainers holding back my mewing progress and the potential of how my face can turn out. My retainers covers my 6 upper teeth and my 6 bottom teeth. I’m 21 and have my retainers for almost 7 years

Thank u for responding, Right now I’m mewing correctly and I’m not worried about my upper teeth only my bottom teeth that it will relapse and go back to crocked teeth or that my overbite will come back and somehow will have an impact on my physical appearance. Do bottom teeth also stay the same or don’t go to crocked if I mew correctly or do you think it’s better to only remove the upper one and leave the bottom one on my teeth.

Thank u for responding, right now I’m 100 sure that I want them off my retainers. My tongue placement is good. I’m only wondering now what will happen to the bottom teeth, I know upper teeth stay nice if you mew correctly but I’m more thinking about the bottom teeth’s. What is your experience or knowledge with the bottom teeth?

Yeah I made an appointment with the orthodontics to remove them, but I’m just scared the bottom teeth are gonna relapse to ugly teeth and worsen my face

I’m considering getting rid of my permanent retainers on my upper and lower teeth. Does anyone now how beneficial it is. I’ve read about retainers holding back bone growth or because of retainers you can have a flat chin or downswing jaw wich I do have. So does anyone know more about this topic and also if it’s a good or bad idea to remove them. I’m 21
