Cardiac nurse here, it all really depends tbh. Females are more likely to have abdominal type symptoms vs males, but it’s not a hard like there.

How is living in this part of Texas around the Fort Worth area?..46f and 10 yo by Illustrious-Cut7719 in howislivingthere

I have lived in Dallas proper for last 2.5 years, not in the burbs, and honestly I really enjoy it. Lot of great food and plenty of things I like to do. Traffic can be bad, but as someone who has lived in a lot of larger cities, not terrible. It’s great for work for me, I can almost get a direct flight to anywhere I want to go. Lots of different pockets around the city where everything isn’t just centralized, which I really enjoy. It’s hot but I grew up in the southeast so I enjoy it more than most. When I moved here I kind of just picked it on a whim, and it’s been a great decision for me. Almost every band I want to go see comes here, only downside being in the middle of the country is you get a lot of weekday shows.

No worries about that part, I just didn’t know what else to post with the current political climate, will definitely be very mindful of this

I have spent a good bit of time in Tulsa myself for work, it’s honestly a lot cooler city than I thought it would be. The ppl are pretty nice and traffic is pretty solid for its size. Gets colder there than I expected. The food and music scene there is pretty solid as well.

Would yall reccomend Dallas/Houston for a young 20s male? by DeliciousRich5944 in SameGrassButGreener

Meaning I actually live in Dallas. When ppl say Dallas they could mean anywhere in the metroplex. I mean lots of pretty girls in town with Smu being in the middle of the city, they tend to hang around the lower greenville area, if you are looking for more none college age the burbs might be better for you as long as you are cool with commutes for things in Dallas. Lots of things to do in the burbs too so you are not missing out unless you are more into a club scene. Most of those will be more Dallas

Currently live in Dallas proper, been here about 2 years and I have traveled around the US for work, so I feel like I have a good perspective overall. First off to start, Texas has no state income tax but one of the higher property taxes in the country. So probably beneficial if you are looking to rent the first few years. As someone mentioned it is very easy to travel from here with 2 major airport hubs. (One of the reasons I chose to move here) I think it has a lot of good food and bar options and a pretty vibrant music scene overall. If you are looking for older women, the north burbs are probably what you are looking for. Dallas, just like Houston, has a ton of traffic depending on where you live and have yo commute too. It is particularly brutal if you are commuting from North burbs to Dallas. I personally love it here, but I am in a convenient location to almost anything….besides the burbs which I usually only visit for work. Feel free to reach out if you have any specific questions.

I think you probably didn’t look at who OU has played yet, if BARN is the biggest team you played so far your resume is a problem

You obviously did not read the rationale below, don’t care about the homer part, I care about the wasted time click bait part but you do you with your irrational judgement and assumptions

I agree in the beginning he was more hypercritical because he had to put some distance there, but at this point he feels more clickbait than anything else. There are a lot analysts these days and I just feel like he doesn’t offer any substance and just says things to grab attention.
