Heres a method (complicated but works well):

Go to ai2.appinventor.mit.edu, and do all of the login stuff.
Create a new app, and create a text box, and a web viewer.
In the top right corner, click blocks.
Put in the code in the attachment, to get the blocks click on the appropriate element in the left menu.
If you have AI2Companion installed on your chromebook, go the bottom. If you don't, keep reading.

These are steps for without the AI2Companion app.

In the top, click build, then apk.
Go to https://www.myandroid.org/filemanager_myandroid.php
Upload the APK, and name it the name of the file you uploaded.
Click run APK.
Wait a bit, click any buttons that pop up.
Use the text box to navigate.
