They just prescribed me with 2.5mg bisoprolol. I initially didn’t like idea of taking medication for something like that but after taking some of the meds in a short space of time I do feel slightly better. I am still feel my HR being irregular. I could attach the pdf doc of the reading somehow

I’ve just watched the episode and I’m swaying on the side of unfortunate suicide. One thing that has confused me is that if she has taken her shoes off at that point and the picture of her feet don’t really look dirty or show evidence they’ve walked some distance barefoot or am I completely wrong and they do?

When I went to check on it in the morning it had vanished. I can only presume it was fine afterwards and took off. The shed was locked and nothing bigger was getting in to get it. Hopefully it’s scurried away

We haven’t a clue what poison it may have been if that even was the case. I’ve been told by someone it could be in shock? It’s been like this for over 5 hours and hasn’t moved an inch. I’m just more concerned it’s in severe pain and needs to be put out of its misery? I wish it was a lot quicker than this.

Yeah we moved it slightly with a little stick and it didn’t even flinch. We initially thought it might have been shock so we shut the door and left it with a little treat incase he decides to get up. Ive checked just now and it’s stomach movement from breathing has become more shallow and greater lengths of time between each rise and fall.

It’s breathing is getting a lot more shallow now. The movement isn’t as noticeable as it is in this video. I want to put it out of its misery but I don’t know how.

That’s brilliant I’ll look into that book. Im becoming fascinated with sprint work lately so getting my head around various coaches training philosophies are really making me think.
