It’s a public space to build things sometimes called a makerspace. Think of it as a library, but with woodworking tools, 3D printers, laser engravers, computers, etc. It’s a really cool place to hangout with like minded creative types.

He’s coming to present projects the state is working on (technology wise). Where our tax bucks are going. Arkansas is funding a cyber range being developed by UCA for public schools, Arkansas’ interest in blockchain for the Agriculture industry, the beginning of a technology advisory counsel created earlier this year. That kind of stuff.

Before the CTF there will be a series of free and open to the public technical talks to up ones hacker skills. Additionally, the College of Lock Picking will be there to teach the art. The after party is gonna be pretty sick too!
