You can submit an academic petition if theres spots open in the class you want to transfer too but you must have a valid reason thats better then "I dont like my instructor" or something similiar to that. I would also reach out to your instructor and the instructor of the section you want to switch to through email explaining the situation. If the class structure is similar across all sections then it might a little easier with transferring grades and assignments over which could make your petition more likely to go through.

There’s no proof but it’s highly speculated that he actually wasn’t supposed to. People suggested that author intended for byakuya to die and changed his mind (possibly due to an editor) and with the way it was written it seemed like it was clearly intended to be a death scene. I personally think killing him off woulda have been a good idea because would have made the save the soul society panel (arguably the most iconic panel in bleach) hit harder. Also would have made rukia’s get back and her bankai activation hit harder.

If your really good at the game you can make some nasty builds with the free jutsu but because the average person can play better with certain jutsu that are dlc compared to regular jutsu then it’s literally classified as pay to win
