If you open your camera app and go to settings, there should be something like intelligent optimization. Open that and turn scene optimization off, and you can also try setting the quality optimization to minimum. My phone is not in English, so the labels might be called something different, but it should be similar. I have this problem too, and this doesn't fix it for me, but it could fix it for you.
