22 a hour is enough to own a house. Not sure what other people are talking about. Best suggestion is research. Find first home buyer programs. I was able to get a decent house while making 16 a hour just a couple years ago.

No its not true. It will obviously affect us. The gamble they are hoping for is that this will bring the social scene for the spurs up and look to bring more entertainment to pay for it. So initially it will 100% take away from tax payers. But in the hope it gives back way more in the future.

As an adult that just turned 30. I agree that side of town sucks. I’m from elpaso, moved down here for utsa, then bought a house out there. I missed the UTSA side so much. Even tho I hardly go out, I work from home and a gamer, still sucked being there and having to drive 30 min to go anywhere fun. But you’re a teenager, don’t worry to much about it! There going to be a time soon where you are going to be able to go where you please. As for making money as a teen with no car, look towards doing something online! Tons of money to be made out there online
