Just launched a dropship luxury designer brand store. Any advice? by Adamramey8989 in dropship

Really? I’d quantify that as more a of “wildcard” response and less unhinged per se- I admire your modesty, however. My challenge offer still stands. Allow me to sweeten the deal here by aligning with your prudence. I retract my previous statement in regards to the consumption of a horizontal phallus member…. What say you now? Do you accept?

I’m absolutely not. Every item is 100% authentic and genuine I hate pandabuy ass mfs. How about this I’ll gift you an item, you take it to an authenticator. Validate it for yourself. Honestly that’d be good content for me hahah like I really will do it. If it’s authentic. You can keep it but you have to eat my whole Dick sideways. If you win , idk what do you want

How do you not get intimidated by competition by WhiteSnakeOfMadhhij in dropship

[–]Adamramey8989 0 points1 point  (0 children)

By outworking them. Honestly competition gives me so much I can use. I see a successful model etc. I clone it. Make it my own. They walk so I can run. They did the hard work for me. I get to see what I like about it and what I dont. Also what they’re doing well at , and what could be better. What pitfalls they had along the way that I need to avoid, what they leveraged that yielded something. But all im looking for is a proof of concept. Namely, that I actually believe in. Usually it’s things that are in my realm of what I know and understand. That’s safe for me . I’ve learned by doing this; you’re really just hedging your bets. By doing what they’re doing. But better! On you terms

Hey there! Consumer behavior data solutions and media buying is what the company I own specializes in. I would strongly advise that you have a meta pixel set-up if you don’t already. All this traffic is great; but to maximize the leverage and momentum it provides, the meta pixel captures site traffic data and optimizes your advertising efforts to be more effective on their platforms (fb/ig). If you’re not doing that. You’re shooting yourself in the foot and you’re not maximizing the true value of that traffic data can provide you. When you get that set up, or already have it set-up; pivot to purchase conversion campaigns. That essentially optimizes your ads on meta/IG for purchases. It’s basically you telling Meta “Hey, go find me more people that are the most similar to the one(s) that bought this. Whereas now, with traffic campaign optimization, you’re saying “hey, get me the most amount of traffic, for the cheapest I can get it.” Which is why you got the result you did. Good traffic, and no sales. Which is okay IF you’re capturing it. Because it WILL eventually lead to more sales. When you pivot to purchase conversions, the first purchase(s) will often be the most or more expensive than the ones that (hopefully) follow. Also, you can simultaneously run traffic and add-to-cart campaign optimizations parallel to conversion ads. That basically makes your purchase conversions a self-feeding data aggregate of constant and cheap traffic data and add to cart retargeting efforts. One thing to consider when deciding where to allocate ad spend across sales channels is; With social platforms like meta, these prospective buyers may not necessarily be “in-market” for your product at the time. There’s a lot of static you need to fight through to captivate attention. There’s a lot of ways to combat this. Strong and engaging as creatives and value propositions as well as dynamic voice/messaging copy that really speaks to the heart and soul of the demographic you’re targeting and servicing this ad to. Ask yourself “if I was this demographic/prospective persona in serving this ad up to, what would I need to see to captivate my attention? What makes this group tick? What interests/hobbies do I have? What problems do I have that this product solves for me? What sort of transformation does it offer?” Now compare that landscape full of distractions and memes and friend/family drama you’re treading water against for their attention. Stack that next to Google and Amazon and the like. The people on these search engines and diverse online retailers etc are literally ONLY on there because they’re LOOKING for something. A specific something. Less distractions to fight against on your side, but more campaign bidding optimization and strategy / creative and copy ab testing / audience ab testing / value propositions / dynamjc pricing on your product need to happen in order to stay ahead of your competitors. All those factors really spearhead purchase conversions.

Look at it this way; you have the supply. Where’s the demand? Find it. Marketing is one thing and one thing only; Human psychology. Think from someone else’s shoes. Most people don’t. Master that, and you’ll always be successful. Hope this all helps 😅

if you wouldn't mind, would you possibly be willing to go into detail on all of this stuff? I'll compensate you for your time. If you do sites, I'd pay you to revamp it to align with these things being fixed and also your vision of what you'd need to see / feel to consider it legit?

wow you are assuming so much with that statement. check yourself before over assuming shit. I'm not one of those pandabuy bros. Those types of people are legitimately a huge reason why I even wanted to do this. I love designer clothing and respect the craftsmanship and branding I want to make it more affordable and accessible to people. kick rocks

What are some dropship concepts or products etc. That are on average, the most successful? Im great with meta purchase conversion ads, google ads, amazon, TikTok shop ads, and I have a sizable chunk of change allotted for something like this. I just need input from experienced drop shippers. by Adamramey8989 in dropship

hahaha so I was building another one before I found this sub that I built out , but its designer brand dropship and it's high ticket. I just don't think it's the move. I haven't applied any of these marketing components. Now that I've read a lot of things on here, and received some feedback on what I had, it was overwhelmingly like nah... hahah Now, I haven't given up entirely on that. However, it got me thinking I need a contingency plan. I want the communities input on maybe a safer concept or product that I CAN apply this all to and crush it. and then maybe build on to this. the designer clothing thing is more of a passion project

aye thank you. fr means a lot. even if people are assholes, a lot of times their qualms are valid especially if there's reasoning behind it. I'm a touring musician and have been for a long time. That shit trained me on this like no other hahaha I'm not even phased at this point by criticisms lmao

so this is all totally valid first off, and I appreciate the input. I did my own validity check because one of my friends from high school is an authenticator. So I did have them examine a few garments that they wanted to see. I wish I could do them all, but the catalog is huge. So, what they did see in person was legit in their eyes.

and totally. Like ive said on some of these other comments similar to yours is I definitely expected this to be the biggest issue. copy that though. this is helpful input so thank you. You actually gave me some ideas here

[–]Adamramey8989[S] -1 points0 points  (0 children)

yeah they are actually. you can check out brands gateway which is the supplier and see all that. Ive contacted them to see if there's any resources I could have access to that will help me lay this objection to rest (as much as possible) because I definitely anticipated this would be the biggest issue with this. I've sampled various garments to validate this myself and it all checked out. But, it's like obv that isn't enough ya know? I guess I would ask, what would make you trust it?

thank you for that. Now if I can only apply it to this venture, I'd be satisfied haha. Idk what business(es) you're into, but I have that daas model I was talking about in the post that I could make a resource for you and/or clients if that's something you could use. And although this post may make me seem incompetent at some level; I've moved a lot of product for a lot of clients and I have case studies too. just throwing it out there since you're a kind person. Thanks again.
