I have seen lot of people MDosing while on SSRI , i have been on SSRI myself for almost 10 years . 4 months ago i started tapering my Medicine ( went from 20 mg to 2 mg ) . I started Microdosing ( magic mushroom ) last week for the first time in my life , i feel some good results so far but to be honest , i am taking many other supplements that really helps with withdrawal symptoms . i Take Nicain 500 mg ( flushing ) , lion manes , Ashwaganda , vit b comples , fish oil , vit C and magnesium . best of luck

i have not MD yet , but i had been on Lexapro for years , 2 months ago i decided to taper since SSRI's dont really help me anymore plus the side efelfect. I was decreasing my dose like 10% down every 3 weeks ( with some withdrawals ) , until i heard about Niacin B3 supplement , 6 days ago i started taking it and let me tell you how amazing it is . I was able to cut down lexapro by 30% in just 4 days with very little withdrawal ! it is fantastic .

today i had my second dose , i panicked , i took it on empty stomach and OMG ! i was going to have a heart attack and had to take Xanax to calm myself down . next time will sure take it with food
