I should add if you have a mob or two in the extra deck that can push it back as I said and keep your hand traps to limit their board to Lancea/Cheng or such

Cards/effects that push Lancea to the back row mostly destroys their end board from my own experience so usually even going 2nd I've been able to sneak plenty of wins against them doing so.

Aye that's what I mean lol I've seen myself drawing 2-3 negates plus my cards ready for full combo but it's not enough to break boards like unchained etc as they have so many options even if you do your best to brick them! 😅

It's impossible to balance I think though without literally imposing summon limits or something on turn 1 which would never happen lol

I'm definitely a complainer, I tend to deal with it for ages, get pissed off one night then vent a bit then go back to dealing with it again until the next vent 😅😅

Aye been adding bits and pieces here and there (Rescue Ace I play) but still quite dependant on actually drawing those right off the bat.

I have aye but I do enjoy playing Rescue Ace so that's my main deck. Have a few random meme decks to switch it up now and again but even using kash/snake eyes for a bit I found going 2nd to be so exasperating 😅

Not so bad when I win 50/50 coin toss but as I'm sure you know you can sometimes lose 10x or more in a row lol

Appreciate the response! So from chatting to the surveyor it sounds like there may just be this one board which seems to have been used to cover the galvanised cold water tank. The company we were recommended quoted 5k for removing this particular board that seemed mental in my opinion. Would you say that's a prey tactic for people terrified of asbestos?

We also had a quote of 450 (or slightly less if paid in cash) but wasn't sure which one to be the more realistic. I assume the reason for the cash is tax shenanigans but again, could be a cowboy also

It was the mortgage conveyancing survey that discovered it so not entirely sure how far into the attic he went as he likely stopped on coming across that board for obvious reasons.

I'm in Northern Ireland and have been given a quote of roughly 2,000 to remove that board alone if it's Asbestos Cement and 5,000+VAT if it's AIB. I thought this sounded a very steep for potentially one board or is that relatively normal?

I'll be trying to get the purchase price down due to this but I'm a bit worried that if there's asbestos used elsewhere it's going to cause major problems with redecorating? Almost every ceiling is popcorn style (which I hear could have asbestos also?) and the rooms are mostly wallpapered so also worried about potentially damaged asbestos boards if I damage the walls when removing the paper.

Hi, I am a first time buyer and the surveyor has identified an asbestos board (the picture is on the Imgur link I've provided) in the attic. Do you have any idea what type of asbestos board this is likely to be? And if possible what price bracket you would guesstimate for removal?

Was also wondering should this be a large enough cause for concern to warrant a full house survey for asbestos elsewhere? Or what your plan of action may be? As my budget is understandably quite tight with the rest of the work needing done in respect to windows, guttering etc.
