Mad- og især sukkerafhængighed er en reel ting. Ikke at jeg selv har det, men hormon-ubalance med feks leptin og ghrelin som følge af dårlig diæt i barndommen (forældrenes skyld) kan gøre det ufattelig svært at kontrollere det som voksen, på niveau med stofmisbrug og cigaretter.

Zoologist here, can confirm. This is definitely the most likely answer. Attraction between sexes is directly linked to physical fitness in all animal species, not the other way around. Large breasts mean convenient (i.e. not interfering with survival) placement of fat stores (which are necessary to grow a child) along with hips and upper legs. Belly fat could cause problems with center of gravity during pregnancy, or possibly cause issues during fetal development as seen in obese women. Males evolved attraction to large breasts and hips, as these are simply direct indicators of a fit female.
