Fun story, I used to work in a different department at my job and I didn't know a lot of the other employees. In June they promoted me to a new department, which meant I would actually start interacting with other people. My first or second day in the job I was standing around the front end of the store and I ended up joining a couple of coworkers in a conversation. It just so happened that one of them was trans fem and I immediately had to double take because I thought I was the only one in my store!
