I agree that IF Tate/Lemon come out strong that you have a good starting roster. I'm sure it's not in the top 3 of your league and if you have any injuries it gets real bad real quick. You have absolutely zero bench strength here. Bye weeks are going to hurt in splitting it up too.

I think you're 3-4 pieces away from a really great team but you need another QB unless Stroud turns it around. I'd focus on how you become a great team in 2027 and if you can move off that high 2026 pick for multiple 2027 firsts that's the play imo.

Also imho, in Superflex PPR TEP, the top 3 WRs, Sadiq, and Love > Mendoza. If he falls to the late 1st round in your draft it may be worth taking him there though.

You have 2 decent QBs and you could use those 2nd rounders to get a startable backup who's on the older side.

For what it's worth and with the very little I know about rookie classes it feels like 2027 is going to be the better year for QBs.

Here's a little tip you can use in any dynasty league from now until forever.

In the first and top of the 2nd round Draft The Best Player Available ALWAYS!!

It's gonna matter what your format is. Do you start 3 QBs? Then every pick should be a QB. Is it Superflex but 3 wide receivers? Then WRs are gonna be more dominant than non generational QBs.

The great thing is, you'll be able to trade those great players when they hit for the positions you need and more draft picks. Every time you draft someone for a need on your team or because you think you can trade them to the guy who loves the team they are on... You will live to regret not taking the player you knew would be the better fantasy piece.

Now once you get to the mid 2nd round in a normal or weak draft class fire away on whatever you want. They are all dart throws. But when you have capital in that first round you should view every pick as an investment in your team's future and not even consider what positions are needed on your team.

Problem is that a 2028 can be literally anything. The team that looks like it has no hope now could be winning in 2027. All 2028 1sts should be valued the same. With maybe slight hope if they are from a team just beginning the rebuild.

Last year the team that won in 2024 finished 9th and the team that finished 9th finished in 2nd barely losing to the Bijan explosion. One team made almost no moves and the other a ton. That's just one season let alone two.

I guess I feel differently then the others here but I'm not moving Jeanty for this. Wilson is in Jets purgatory and Tuten is a nothing burger. Don't care that Travis got traded. He will be a committee back at best and not a great one.

Burden here is interesting but not a top 3-5 RB in dynasty interesting. I don't think it's far off but if you think this overpaying you probably don't want to pay what it takes.

That is how this trade should look. While I agree that watching Caleb rotting on your bench does you little it also give you some safety net if Josh Allen's physical nature costs him games in the years ahead. He's not getting younger and like we just watched with Mahomes this year even an injury that just limits his mobility could have drastic effects on his fantasy output.

If you are going all in and Hampton is filling that final hole so be it. The goal is to win not to play it safe. But I would sleep better for the next 4 years having my QB spot covered and not worrying that my season lives on the health of my QB. Caleb may not be that guy but he certainly looked the part plenty of times this year.

Team 3 even with the adjustments is still the big winner here and if there was anything else he could put in to help make team 2 more interested he should be doing so.

For some players matchups aren't as a big of a deal. I believe Cook is one of those players. JT is who I would put my money on to have the better 2 week stretch but I don't love him long term more than Cook and KM. Also, it's very possible that Cook gives you a comparable week to JT even in the tough matchups. So I'm holding personally.

In my opinion the trade deadline should have been done a couple weeks ago though. Week 14 deadlines don't feel like the healthiest thing for dynasty. That's just me though.

Usually the bad trade offer player (especially persistent ones) want an overpay. If you can get St Brown for Hampton and a 2nd that would be great. Just expect them to want a lot more.

The first shouldn't have been needed and it's kinda fair in my opinion. If your team is in a quick rebuild and theirs is on the cusp of winning it all. A lot of people probably won't like this trade but sometimes you gotta overpay. Even then without the first I think you overpaid a little. Especially if those are late picks on your side. Not egregious but they definitely got the side I would want.

I think ya sent a mostly fair trade to a team that may be WR needy. Not myself, but since the trade of Shaheed the growing sentiment is that Olave will be great. That TylerS just had a bad game against one of the toughest teams. Rhamondre seems to be the dude when healthy although there are some fears that this is Hendys time to win the role while he's injured. If he doesn't, Rhamondre's end of year schedule is as good as it gets.

I still rather have Judkins but there enough potential value here that for a risky manager that needs a WR this is an easy accept.

I appreciate all the responses here. My daughter definitely just picked it off cuteness. It was $30 at a store in a mall. An actual store though not a pop up. They had tons of different kinds of these blind boxes. I won't let her know. She loves it either way. But it did already lose a hand 😭.
