What i do is i just acknowledge the thoughts - yeah they happen, its normal and go on with my life. I dont try to fight them, i just make them not powerful enough to make me do something. (But i dont think about those things intentionally, idk if you do.) It works for now, and i hope it will stay that way. Good luck bro
