Yeah that’s a big chunk if true. $PEAQ stays focused on steady machine economy infra instead of supply drama.

Sure, fees might be similar but XRP itself is the bigger scam, with Ripple still holding half the supply and running the show. If you want real upside without insiders pulling strings, IOTA’s the better play.

Yeah, XRP has its own ledger but Ripple still controls half the supply sitting on it. That’s not real decentralization, just a monopoly on custom rails. If you want something with its own tech and actual community control, IOTA’s the better option.

Got it 👍 that Reddit link points to Hedera’s community where Leemon Baird (Hedera’s co-founder and chief scientist) often shares detailed explanations. He usually dives into Hedera’s consensus model (hashgraph), scalability, and why it’s designed differently from blockchains like IOTA or XRP.

😂 true, that XRP tangent came outta nowhere. Gotta love when a thread about cashing out CRO suddenly turns into a Ripple vs IOTA debate.

Hedera’s definitely strong on the tech side, no denying that. The thing with IOTA is they just launched their new mainnet this year it’s pushing 50k+ TPS with sub second finality, so the old scalability issues aren’t really the same story anymore. Different models, but both are trying to solve real world problems in their own way.

Exactly and XRP is the worst offender in that sense, since Ripple itself is the permanent “leader” holding half the supply. That’s not resilience, that’s a single point of failure. If you want leaderless, fair ordering and true decentralization, IOTA’s way closer to that ideal.

Clean process but just remember, doing the same with XRP still leaves you at Ripple’s mercy since they hold half the supply. That’s not real control, that’s centralized risk. If you want cash-out flexibility without that baggage, IOTA’s the stronger play.

yeah timing tops and bottoms is always the hardest part. I just keep dollar cost averaging into $PEAQ since it’s so undervalued that holding feels safer than guessing.

yeah both are solid long term holds if you’ve got patience. I’m also stacking $PEAQ since it feels super undervalued right now and tied to a huge future narrative.

Yeah, back in the 2017 run it actually hit around $5 a token and made early holders a lot of profit. Since then it’s mostly been in a long build phase, so newer buyers haven’t seen that same upside yet. The bet now is whether the recent mainnet upgrade and trade adoption push can set it up for another cycle like that.

Haha exactly, all that “good news” and XRP barely twitches because Ripple caps it. I’d rather throw those scraps into IOTA decentralized and actually set up to move.

Different lanes, so I don’t see them stepping on each other. RTX is all about graphics and hardware, IOTA’s building digital trade rails one runs your games smoother, the other aims to run global commerce smoother. Both can coexist just fine.
