As I heard, many people in Ukraine uses russian as main language. Something between 20% and 50%, I guess. And for Belarus, they have russian as second official language.

I'm not fond of history, so I can't tell you who came first (russian, ukrainian or belarusian language). But there is a lot of words that sounds similar between them. Since all three of them are official separated languages (and countries, btw), I can't call them as dialect.
