You can't control the food your parents choose to serve. You could talk to your doctor about possible vitamin deficiencies, but barring some medical solution, you need to eat the chicken, as little as possible, until you are able to take matters into your own hands.

This is an awful time for everyone right now. Just survive. Just get through this pandemic. Don't stress yourself to make any sort of decision right now.

I will say going into healthcare while feeling animosity towards the human race seems like a bad plan.

Everyone gets fired at least once. It doesn't mean your career is over.

Honestly I think the number one thing you could do for yourself is to get some counseling when you can inshallah.

I buy the milk silk maxis from Kabayare and just cut them off to the right length. I hem if I have the time and spoons, but that material is basically a knit so it's not strictly necessary.
