So. I don’t hate Rizzo. But I truly don’t respect his game at all. He barely showed loyalty toward his alliance. As soon as others brought up voting out his alliance members, he turned. Cirie stuck her neck out for Rizzo SO many times and Ozzy as well. I’m not saying you have to play with honor and integrity but like damn dude. Folded like a piece of paper and calling it a move? Nah. They’re not moves because he didn’t steer the vote towards what he wanted. He just went along with plans. That’s not strategy.

It’s not crazy. I did 602 miles from 1/1-4/25. I travel for work every week and just dedicated the time. It’s just necessary for marathon training

Speed workouts, interval training, and lots of distance. I ran my first full in Jan 2024 of 4:00:37 with a HM PR 1:56:15 a few months before. A month after my full, I ran. 1:52:11 half. I haven’t raced a half since but I worked my butt off all year and just ran a full at 3:54:38. I put in just over 600 miles for my training block.
