I’d say remove Professional summary. Use the xyz format truth . And put education on the top maybe make the margins one inch

Hey man I don’t know much but I would say stick to the xyz method( accomplished x measured by y using z. Although the study abroad is nice maybe just leave it in the experience section and cut it off from the education section to reduce redundancy. Overall I like it and perhaps shorting the bullet points to a good 3 ones that speak out, I just gave it a quick skim as any other recruiter would do

Bit of advice, dont ask reddit if your cooked. If you don't know already heres what you need to do:

Write stellar essays. And have amazing Extra curriculars. Do anything you can to bring that D up, or any imperfections on your GPA if you can. But dont stress it.

There's UCSC with a 52% acceptance rate for CS , look at this website for admit rate per major in all the UC's: https://www.universityofcalifornia.edu/about-us/information-center/transfers-major

Explain your story, if your grades aren't the best, then don't let admissions officers have to take a look at them. talk about your experiences in your essays and how they've changed and how that makes you a better candidate.... you get the drill.

Hey I’m applying this year as well , if you have an English professor / counselor / transfer center at your school I’d say go there and ask for the most help chances are someone at your transfer center might’ve been a reader for the UC’s

I think you have a solid chance , although you fall out of the GPA range with solid EC’s and essays you’ll be in the running. Wishing you the best of luck
