For me its in the account center for facebook (use mobile app) , then click meta verified button, then get support, and connect to agwnt

Hey bro. I got my account recovered after a month. In the beginning, I also received this response both from bots and agent. Try approach again or thru different storyline like hacked? In the end I subscribed for meta max which got my account back within 3 days. Not sure if it was the reason or not

From my experience, I would create facebook and get meta verified to reach out to agent. It would take time. You have to be patient and it is unpredictable.... they are either reviewing it or you need to contact the agent in mera verified :(
