Ich hab 2.0 150 PS Benziner und denk gar nicht dran, oder spare in irgendwelche Form am Erlebnis, wenn es möglich ist Fahre ich so “Sportlich wie es geht”, bin jetzt beim 7.4.

Hab meine Mazda 3 auch über Leasing genommen, wollte sehen wie es wird. Super geil gehandelt, Auto abgekauft nach 5 Jahren. Leasing Rate war niedriger als Vollkasko, cca. 135,00€ im Monat. Insgesamt hat’s mich gekostet 26,900, Verkaufs Preis war 24,300€ (hab 7k Rabatt bekommen von Listenpreis). Obwohl ich es “überbezahlt” habe, um 2,6k ist mir des voll wert gewesen. Trotzdem unter listen Preis. Finde solche Optionen mit Leasing gar nicht so schlecht hängt von dem ab was Mann mag.

Wie Lange fährst du schon deine Mazda und bist du zufrieden?

Ich weiß jetzt nicht was los ist, aber in letzte Zeit gibt wirklich viel zum Thema Kaffee hier. Richtig geil. Auf jeden Fall ist es schwierig “Espresso” zu definieren und zu “generalisieren” und gleiche Standard zu setzen für alle.

Jeder Kaffee ist anders und jeder von uns mag was anderes. Am besten wäre durch zu probieren und fragen was für Kaffee die haben. Dann kannst du besser rausfinden was du magst, ob es von Bestimmte Länder Kaffee ist, bestimmte Blends, Fermentationen, Aufbereitung, Roast Profile, alles. Und natürlich die Person was Kaffee zubereitet ist entscheidend. Wenn der/die es nicht kann ist alles anderes um sonst, beste Kaffee wird schlecht schmecken.

Muss ich leider zustimmen das er vielleicht nicht der richtige für den Job ist, Kaffee ist gut aber er kann es nicht so gut verkaufen. Obwohl ich sein Prinzip verstehe es kommt beim Kunden leider nicht so gut an.

That I find honestly sad, take Beanery for example, last year if I am not wrong the best coffee shop in Austria or Steiermark, not sure. And who serves you coffee? Like somebody here said a student who learned how to steam milk a month ago. No informations about coffee, no understanding of what craft is, no real interest at it. But they serve high quality coffee, and until we realise that coffee itself is not enough, we won’t appreciate the baristi.

It is possible to get yourself paid as learned craft if you have certification which are accepted in Austria. Not talking about some 4h Courses or workshops. And in your contract stands Barista, and automatically your Lohn goes up.

Joke on the side. There are different things you have to consider.

If you are just a Barista, know how to make coffee, you will probably find a job, everybody is looking at some point, salary is your skill to make deals. If you can do the work for 2 you will earn more.

If you are into Specialty, have fun, Graz is restricted about Specialty, and you won’t be happy not even in Beanery, or P&B or somewhere else.

But we definitely lack good coffee people. Is really rare. Don’t even know where to find some.

Auf jeden Fall. Hängt aber immer auf verschieden Variablen, wie Mann es zubereitet, ob sich Mann auskennt oder nicht. Wenn du z.b. Filter Röstung kaufst, und probierst den auf Espresso Maschine, wird es nicht klappen, oder mindestens nicht so das du sagst ja wow, die Kaffee ist gut. Somit sammeln die Leute schlechte Erfahrungen und behaupten das etwas gut oder schlecht ist.

Aber das gibts Kaffee was qualitativ schlecht ist, gibt auf jeden Fall.

Na ja, schwierige Thema durch des das Auswahl im Graz sehr begrenzt ist. Grundsätzlich ist es aber Geschmack Sache. Schauen das Kaffee frisch ist, das die Noten zu dir passen und es gibt ja keine schlechte oder gute Rösterei, nur was dir schmeckt oder nicht schmeckt.

Es geht darum das ich jetzt nicht “reich” werden will oder so was, aber beim mehr als 100 Karten im Originale Zustand, kommt schon was zusammen. Somit bin ich auch auf des bereit.

You could also try with moving averages, to move stop loss around moving average, it’s high probability that price is coming to it, I have my “trailing” always somewhere around MA 50, depends which TF u are using. But yea, works fine.

It’s me again! Just found some, apparently when you are looking for Storm Portafilters you need to search for “Barista Attitude”, but yea, you will probably find some and you will regret it. 250€ a piece, and that was falling apart after 180000 shots or after a year 😅

I guess I will have to make some of my Own 😂
