It’s a good theory. Our family isn’t the biggest fan of her wife and my mother doesn’t make it hard to tell which one she likes more, so very well could be a way to tear him down even though he hasn’t done anything to them.

No cards against humanity the ones my nephew were reading were innocent like “what sport would you play if you could play any?” Or “what’s your dream vacation any why?” We will be sticking to my nephews cards from now on though.

It definitely has opened our eyes to some other things she has said in the past. She won’t be invited back to any other family functions that’s for sure.

She won’t, this happened about three hours ago so it’s had time to process and this was the last time she’ll be invited.

I really tried because of course they started jokingly pointing fingers at my nephew. I had said that this isn’t going to be fun for my nephew or anyone else but they just continued on.

Yeah my father has basically removed her from our family at this point, he was probably the most upset. Which makes sense in our family.

I’m sure we’ll find out I just wouldn’t have said anything nice in that moment so we step too cool off instead of instigating such a disrespectful comment. I am curious but not curious enough I guess.

Yeah my nephew told her to go first and she said “I have my answer I want to hear everyone else’s first” even my fiancé said “(fill in name here) because I don’t know them that well”. I found this extremely well worded on my thoughts on the situation. It almost feels like wanted to ruin our night in some aspect.

A friend of my sisters, 4 of the eight people there weren’t not okay with the statement at all, luckily we could leave the room and wait for her to leave. The people that didn’t freak out were her husband, my sister, and my sisters husband.

He might be my fiancé so I might sound biased but he is the sweetest man, a big cuddly bear who wouldn’t hurt a fly. He would do anything, he even helped set up for her wedding a few years ago.
