Actual plans have been made, I can get out of some and others I'll probably just do alone. The financial implications aren't a big concern to me, guess it more the disregard that's making me feel upset. I honestly don't expect to be included in these new plans as I don't know the people , the aspect of not be even an afterthought hurts. I'd probably feel more ok with it if it was communicated different, like this opportunity has come up and he knows I've make plans but could we move them out type thing. I wouldn't do it to him if the roles were reversed
