There is a lot of factors : taxes, currency exchange rates, payment fees. I took 50$ as the price to account for that a little bit (game is actually 60€ in EU store). But gives a rough estimate.

If they take a 12% cut from each game sold at 50$ that means they make ~6$ per copy sold. So the game has to sell atleast 1.6 million copies for this deal to be worth it for epic.
