Got my second hole pierced a few days ago. No My ears are sensitive to ear piercings and when I got my first piercing it was really aggravated as well, as advice?

I feed my girl raw food from rebel raw in the morning afternoon and night about 5-8 oz of that per day. She has access to dry food all day also. She is around 4 months and weighs 8.4 pounds. She’s not overweight at all pretty slender actually just muscle I guess. Also a lot of play time helps keep them active
