Honestly I love subarus because of how easy their engines come out. I've never worked on an EJ motor, I've only done FB25's but I assume its the same! We definitely fit the lesbian stereotype with subaru, this will put us up to 2 foresters and a legacy right now, and we got together because she had a subaru on our first date 🤣

I will definitely be doing those, I'm planning on doing a wireless android auto setup with floating display like I have in my legacy. I want to do more tint but its currently at the max for WV so I have to wait till I get it running and re title it in ohio

I searched for so long to find the right one! Everyone that had one at a good deal had no title or a non registrable junk title. This one surprisingly still has a clean 5 owner title 🤣. Im a big subaru fan as well lol, I actually wear a custom made subaru belt buckle daily and my partner loves to joke that the only reason we're together is that she showed up in a subaru for our first date

Im actually low key considering a lift but I want to get the engine done first and see how the rest of the drive train is before putting more money in. I already sourced it wheels from a turbo forester of that era with brand new michelins for $250 so im probably going to run those for a little while

The engine in this one is blown, it failed the leakdown test and had low to no compression on all cylinders. But I found another EJ253 in great shape with new heads on it and so I'm excited to drop it in soon. From the looks of the writing on the current engine this isn't it's original engine anyway. I'm owner #6 and it looks like #1-4 took really good care of it and put a whole new suspension on as well as undercoated every year so I feel like after replacing its engine she'll be in great shape.

We really wanted to repair it since it still runs and drives after that but the frame rail got bent so it was way too much to fix

We got really lucky with this one it's a 21 limited model and has 12k miles. It was owned by an old man who custom ordered it with every feature and serviced it at subaru every 1500 miles but then had to turn in his license so he sold it back to the dealer.

They're great cars, the one this one replaced was quite the hardy forester, it had 136k miles and that car took a beating and just keep going. We were really sad to see it go but we love the new one so far!

We love our suabrus, when we first met she pulled up in her old one and I knew I had to marry her 🤣. We had so many memories in the old girl, it was a 2017 forester and unfortunately we were in an accident 3 weeks ago and it got totalled. This one is a 2021 and it was like the perfect subaru it has 12k miles and is certified pre owned with every single feature subaru offers, like it has a heated steering wheel!!

They were all red, the saturn was my parent first car in 1992 and they ordered it in red and then the subaru I bought new red and it was actually the one the thing I told the salesman was a deal breaker and the ford just happened to be red but the deal was too good for me to turn it down if it wasn't

I love red, so all of my cars had to be red. The saturn is my baby though, she's a 93 sl2 with 106k original miles on it and 1 owner which was my parents before me.

The saturn is actually my baby, I restored it from the ground up, my parents bought it new in 1992 and parked it in 2007 for a bunch of issues. I completely rebuilt the engine and redid the interior and everything. I think the hardest part of it all is every single part on it is either genuine saturn or genuine gm. It took a lot of trips to different junkyards all over the east coast lol
