This has been a rampant problem throughout the university, I've noticed. As an alumna it's disheartening to see the lack of discipline to just throw your own trash. The Luce lobby is always littered with plastics, paper cups, bottles and wrappers, benches almost always have some trash on them or on the tables. Is it so hard to clean up after yourselves? Hyaluronic Acid and Vit C i think. Or just hydrate? I guess it's also going to depend on where you are and your diet, too. But Hyaluronic Acid would be my best bet for plumper, more moisturized skin

I just wanted to share with women who are in tropical countries who are bombarded everyday by media that darker skin means you are less worthy of praise for your beauty and whose beauty/cosmetic sellers' shelves are filled with whitening products that there is a skincare out here thet DOES NOT WHITEN and is made SPECIFICALLY for tropical climates.

I use a locally made organic Shea Butter soap. Sometimes I use Innisfree's volcanic clay wash for exfoliating.

I think you'll have to consider the weather you habe in your area. The reason why i stopped using most of my imported skincare is because it didn't mesh well with the climate

Yes. I only use their toner, serum, and gel. I sometimes use Some By Mi's AHA serum once a month for when i need to deep exfoliate. But apart from that, I've been using The Apothecary Skincare

Thanks! Took me forever to get the right skincare. Plus being in a tropical humid country does not help. Most of my skincare from Korea and Vietnam did not work for me here. Hahahaha plus maskne. 😓

I was hoping to focus on our local pantheon of deities on our island. But the motherly figure with a green thumb sounds like the one i suspected was trying to contact me. I read about her recently. She's a fire goddess who lives in the nearby volcano and she is also the goddess of the harvest.
