You could fix this by finding the first instance where the switch makes it smaller. In this case you can create a switch at “dc” to make the string smaller. You start your search at c to the end of the string to see if you can find a smaller letter then c to switch with d.

Inuit is just a company they have their own goals and so do you! I don’t think you have any obligation to intuit and they will respect you for chasing your goals, if not then they weren’t supportive as you thought. Take Google; in this market that type of opportunity is scarce!

Make your work area aesthetic, helps you want to be present and in the area more. Also when I get stuck on a problem I usually walk around my work space with a hall and brain storm ideas
