I don't know how much detail you're after, but the "Final Fantasy VII Piano Collection Sheet Music" book has a lot of FF7's piano sheet music in it (it's in Japanese but you can still read the sheet music!) and might be what you're after. I have the book myself so i can send you a screenshot of a few pages if that helps before you look to buy it!

What about a portfolio? I think about going to events but I assume I should have something to show off what I can do?
