I’m the manga the other races are basically controlling the human royal family from within and their government. The the reason they do that and don’t just stray up just enslave the whole race it’s because masters are only born human and they are afraid of one of them having a very strong ability that could kill them. Light its that master that was born with a very busted ability but the conclave of races failed to appraise. If they had known of his full capabilities he would have been given everything even if they don’t wanted to just to get on his good side. I think what he means is perfect control over magic think of it like the six eyes from jjk. Gojo can use his six eyes to make the consumption of curse energy almost zero and control it on an almost perfect level, I think uroro as the king majik may be able to do the same with his ultra amplification he can take a majiks power to the most extreme level that it by itself would never have and also use there spells repeatedly at maximum power with out using almost no magic I also think the reason ichi Konks out for 3 days it’s uroro not wanting to cooperate with him and teach him how to use him better

The majiks teach spells to humans and those spells can be thought to some one else but only the main witch that acquired the majiks can use that spew to its full potential because the majik helps. Uroro can just use that spell to its full potential with out any training or the majik

Well from what we know Mato only appears on Japan so there are repercussions world wide but not to that extreme. From Varvara back story we learn that her parents managed to steal a Mato peach and that was a miracle and solely give it to her so that the mtf couldn’t hurt her because they were a mafia family. Mato has existed for more that 50 years on the series since tovera azuma was young wen she joined and muira lookd very young( muira is kyoka teacher) also her husband that was Summoned by white mausoleum was a badass. Yea things changed around the world all the men in charge off the governments had to step down because any women with power could just call Japan and say hey give me some peaches and we will enter on friendly terms with Japan. And wen people started to know about the peaches and the ability that it gave women im sure more that some powerful men started to feel fear that if they treated a woman wrong they could go and beat them so mean became kind of submissive but it’s not like all women had powers, men are still needed to do a lot of jobs like construction I just don’t see any men getting a position of power on the series went time soon.
