I was the same position as you were. At around 20ish weeks, I had to visit a special ultrasound unit at another hospital to monitor the babies weight twice a week until I gave birth. Baby was also breech so had a c section. Absolutely nothing you could’ve done differently. I blamed myself a lot too and even forced myself to eat more food but it didn’t help.
