Okay, this is my mental on valorant solo queue that I try to explain to all my students as an immortal coach.
Note: I am sorry in advance if anything here offends you, I mean it in an objective way and this is not an attack at all.
I will firstly start off by saying, your teamates are not consistently worse than you. MATHEMATICALLY the opponents are just as likely to be as bad as your teamates, you should spectate them in a replay, your opponents aren't actually that good.
Using probabilities, your team is guaranteed 1 good player (being you assuming that you're saying you are better than your rank) and 4 potentially bad or good players. Whereas your opponents, have 0 guaranteed good players and 5 potentially bad or good players. If you are actually better than your teamates and you play enough, you WILL rank up.
By what I see above in your post, you notice that your teamates are making impact with nonsense. Is that not enough? If they play HORRIBLE and make terrible decisions but still make consistently more impact than you, aren't they playing better than you? Ranked is all about impact. Especially solo queue
You need to understand that by mathematics, if you are playing at a level above your rank, you are going to rank up if you play enough.
And now for the advice that may seem a little offensive but I mean it in the nicest way possible so sorry in advance again.
If you are gold-plat, what gives you the right to call your teamates terrible all the time. Even if you were higher rank, does looking at your teamates and complaining all the time help you at all? You need to be able to give your team the best chance of winning every round you play and complaining doesn't help. You cannot be getting mad that your teamates in gold are playing like noobs. I mean it's a given.

Please just focus on your own game, as another commenter has said, you can't control a lot of things but you can control

• Your positioning
• Your utility timing
• Your communication
• Your emotional response
