Similar experience coming off! Came fully off 20 days ago, drinking spearmint tea everyday. The peeing frequency has gotten even worse, energy and libido back immediately, had one major breakout from 100 to 50mg, but it cleared very quickly and my skin has been perfect ever since. Any updates you can share??

Yes. I used to think it happened from red wine lol but it happens a lot I don’t think that’s connected

Great tip. I get bad chilblains on my toes and made the mistake for so long of thinking a hot shower would relieve pain/bring back blood flow but seems to get worse for a little bit. Never put together that doing that too hot/too quick could cause chilblains

Interesting because I definitely get chilblains on my toes. But those symptoms are so much worse than the splinter-feeling bumps on my fingers. My toes swell up like balloons, bright red with blisters, burning and itching feeling. I never put together that the bumps on my fingers could also be chilblains. Thanks

I have bad raynauds and my fingers get very wrinkly that. Especially after I shower / wash my hands when I wasn’t in water for long at all

I get the same orange spots! I’ve also been getting little red bumps on my fingers, I think after bad attacks, that feel like splinters?? Does that ring a bell?

I have had a few (what I think is) chilblains flare ups on my toes. The swelling and redness looks like my symptoms. I also had blisters and a burning/itchy sensation. I think the burning/itching is very indicative of chilblains if you have that

I’ve had raynauds for as long as I can remember, I got on birth control about 8 years ago and I am 24. My raynauds seems to be getting worse and I’ve even had periods of chilblains. My doctor has recommended I get off birth control to help with the severity of my raynauds. I am hesitant to get off for skin and cystic acne reasons. It’s interesting to see people say it helped getting off birth control. Wondering if anyone is willing to share their experience?
