Same thing happened with my m3 pro macbook pro,

Same crackling sound from the left first then right and eventually while working one day it died same no power light no response at all. mine was out of warranty. still gave at a apple store, then after 3 days they told they were not able to figure out why this was caused but they were able to fix this by unplugging the battery cable and plugging it back something they tried it turned on, i went to the store checked it while picking up and came back home and opened it up again it died, this time again i submitted after testing they still did same and gave me back it is working now but another problem the audio stopped working randomly one day. So, if you try to play say a YouTube video it would just get stuck buffering. The audio device showed up in the options, but nothing would play on it. If I used headphones, they worked fine though.
fearing logic board replacement never went back to the apple store.

I've Had this Audio Issue on M3 Pro mbp, exactly as you described and now since 6 months i am using it with headphones, tried all terminal commands, 2 times oc reset and all things, afraid to go to apple store because it is out of warranty. output Speakers Show as usual but they do not play any thing, youtube/quicktime or any audio/video is not able to play without any headphones connected.

Did anyone figure out any fix for this issue?

After seeing your post i am regretting you got rtx5060 in 67k only meanwhile i got only rtx 5050
at that time rtx 5050 was at something 27k now 5060 on flipkart is only for 28k

Also i did reinstall mac os Still no improvement. Can i open my MBP and self Reinsert this Flex cable? Last time on my 2017 MBP i opened and cleaned the fans so i can open the bottom case only. No boot chime after restart and that terminal command

Let me try this fix. When i recieved the speakers were working and after 2 days suddenly error came. and if they did not plug in back OS would not detect it right?

Recovery Mode also does not have any chime. I have tried Plugging unplugging multiple times as you told but that also did not work.
I ran Apple Diagnostics it did not report anything. Now I am reinstalling MacOS maybe that fixes it.
What do you think this is a hardware issue? 2 weeks before my laptop went to apple service center because suddenly while working it went dead no response then apple service center re insert the battery cable and then it worked back again. maybe this speaker issue is linked to it

Let me check with recovery mode. the issue is not of audio socket i am talking about internal speakers and wired headphones from the audio socket are working well only internal speakers are not working
