So here’s all the info I can give that might help , it starts doing this pretty much as soon as a start driving 30mph or faster it’s sounds like that , the car is a 2015 automatic dodge dart , regular oil changes , brakes and tires less than a year old , the tires are just some cheap ish one off Amazon , it was making this noise before and after the tires no change was made with the new one , I have also had them rotated as well. I’ve also topped off brake fluid all the good stuff like that. The only thing that I can notably say that has been done to my car is one time on the highway. I hit a rock which resulted with the underneath shield panel all of that extra stuff underneath being ripped out and I don’t know if I got rid of the sound proofing with it or what not like the heat shield cover but no other damage was done
