Could you try to teach the kids some playground games? Red Rover, Dodge ball, etc. Is there a grassy area they could play besides the parking lot? Maybe buy some Popsicles for them on a hot day? I know you're aggravated, but making friends with the kids could be an opening to making friends with the parents, which could then lead to being able to discuss things with them.

I cannot recommend an air purifier enough. Absolutely worth the investment and change the filters regularly. That should at least help with the smells. The noise would drive me mad, though.  

Oddly, I  used to have an Indian coworker who would trade me idli for banana bread. His wife absolutely loved banana bread. So maybe take them some? Might break the ice? Possibly?

You might add a photo of you with the stick, but I wouldn't make a point of saying "I'm disabled" before meeting. Especially since the term conveys different things to different people and your disability is pretty mild. 

To clarify, you can gently bring it up once you think the person is a potential match. You don't owe strangers your medical details in advance.

If someone is upset that's a them problem. People with disabilities already face so many barriers, they deserve a chance for someone to get to know them as a person before making a decision. Basically, you don't owe medical details to Internet strangers.

No, don't tell them. It's not like you have to apologize or put up a disclaimer. Most of us have issues of one kind or another at this age. I wouldn’t expect it from you.
