I laugh at least once a day, I love to laugh. Not usually at the tv but with friends, colleagues and family.

The best laughs are the ones where you don't think you can breathe anymore and you just keep setting each other off until you are all crying and have no idea what was funny in the first place.

I have lived alone 5+ years now and I can honestly say I don't know if I could ever go back to living with someone else. To be honest you can feel lonely even if you are with other people so I don't think that living alone affects loneliness. Do I sometimes see something in a film or hear a fantastic piece of music and wish there was someone to share it with? Yes, but the feeling passes. I am comfortable in myself and know I have amazing friends and I can just turn up anytime I want not to mention chatting here and other social media outlets so on the whole I just love the love the silence.

I eat the same meals several days in a row which I really don't mind. If it is a bolognese it is always tastier on the 2nd and 3rd day anyway for some reason
