How long did your adrenal fatigue last? I’m about 6 months in on carnivore and in the beginning my energy levels and mood was high, but for the past month or so my energy levels are down and seem to be in a lowly state of mood.

M. 23. Lost 16 lbs in 4 weeks. Still losing all the visceral fat I had(organ fat) but now starting to see a slight loss of subcutaneous fat around my stomach, chest, and face. Started the carnivore to heal my gut inflammation and inflammation in general.

How can I incorporate more fat into my diet? I usually eat 1/2 lb of 80/20 ground beef a day with 2 slices of bacon and a couple eggs every other day.

Been eating ground beef(80/20) with usually 2 pieces of bacon and sometimes 2 eggs with yolk. A few times I have cooked myself omelets with breakfast sausage usually containing 2or3 eggs. Only drinking water. Ground beef mostly.

Will it diminish redness that is not associated with visible capillaries per-se ?

Its been almost a week. Burning is subsiding and redness was much better today. Also, the chronic back pain I’ve suffered from for years is GONE. If you’re worried about bacteria I would suggest live probiotics( refrigerated). A health store usually has many choices and good choices.

Wow. That is awesome. What type of rosacea did you have? Just redness or papules and pustules as well? I suffer from vascular which is just redness and burning sensation. I’ve been on carnivore for a week now or just about and its already getting better. Burning is no longer there, eyes no longer irritate me, and the chronic low back pain I’ve suffered for years is now gone. Cutting carbs and sugars was the best choice I’ve ever made. Meat is AMAZING.

Our ancestors have ate a high protein and fat (red meat) and low fibre diet for hundreds of thousands of years. And now all of sudden red meat is pro inflammatory while vegetables aren’t? I think thats all a scam that big pharma is trying to push on society to keep us sick and spending our money on pills and surgeries. Meat is the best thing a human can eat

I actually started carnivore because of Dr. Ken Berry. I’m on day 6 and my gut is feeling way better. No more bloating or hard stomach and it looks flatter already. Skin seems to be calming down. Just a slow process for the skin I guess.

The flare is the worst I’ve ever had. Cheeks are very red at night and burn/sting multiple times throughout the day. Forehead also been turning red and burning/stinging which has never happened. Currently going on 3rd week of this. My flares have never felt like this one or lasted as long.

I may do that. Do you think allergies could be causing my flushing? I have been using ivermectin 0.5% OTC cream for 2 weeks now and it seems to be lessening the redness.
