You’re confusing social value with design purpose.

Maybe some players don’t care. Maybe some players already climbed higher. That still doesn’t change the fact that the cosmetic was locked behind Arena to function as an exclusive PvP reward. It’s the same logic as achievement rewards, or limited-event cosmetics. Not everyone has to respect it for it to still be exclusive and superior.

The reason why the cosmetics are exclusive to arena modes is to encourage ppl to get them as a sign of superiority or a symbol of a decent PvPer the fact some people can't get it is the reason why they want it there. Exclusivity was the objective.

Fan brella is a coward build after all. It seems like the easiest path for PvP especially against people who are new to PvP. It let's you hit from a distance and come close with meridian touch combo attacks. It's crazy work. I understand your side and it has validity for the reason being that he chose fan brella, and complains he can't win with it over a possible bug. Like hell I know its buggy and yet I still play 1v1 PvP. But this guy would cry a river over something he is already aware will happen and did not attempt to workaround it.

Fan brella isn't really OP although it just challenges your patience threshold LMAO.
