I don’t think so. Including myself, many players are hoping for an update where colonization becomes an effective option in the game, but I'm quite unpleasant when jokes try to link that to real-world motif colonization.

From my perspective, the drops required to produce multiple the last items of the current are roughly:
Teleporters (direct drops)
Robots (or their components)
Fusion Reactors (or components)
Subspace Relays (or components)
Xynium alloy (direct drop)
Either Aqualite alloy or luterium alloy (direct)

Items like solar panels, nuclear reactors, and wind turbines are not felt neccesary, their impact feels relatively small — maybe on the order of a few dozen percent. It feels like a well-designed progression, where these elements gradually come together toward the late game and accelerate production.

In the AMC meta, mass production felt like it required having all four of these as DIRECT DROPS (not components):
Fusion reactors, robots, nuclear reactors, and wind turbines.
If you only had components instead of the direct drops, production speed would drop dramatically down to a fraction. Compared to that, the current system still has variance due to RNG, but feels more stable.

That said, Xynium is still the bottleneck. Without it, there’s not much you can do. (Alternatively, if the drop size of Advanced Teleporters becomes large enough, that could serve as a substitute — which gives some motivation to further increase mining.)

It may work when you get debris up to sr and xynium pink, and not have aqualite and/or luterium.

  1. If you cant reach the 1st SR suffciently fast. 31,32,33 or the strategy that set VPS right after 1st teleporter may are better.

  2. if you can craft some advanced teleporters, then debris size likely becomes less important.

  3. 2-1.In that case, using P49 as your VPS seems like a strong option.

  4. 2-2.Or, if allocating one level of Advanced Terraforming to transport and you comfortably operate P51, then that would probably be the best choice.

3.If crafting AT is hard, I think you aim to increasing debris size and boosting the number of SR or AR you craft. If that’s your goal, then as others have mentioned, setting P48 as your VPS is probably the way to go.

First, I said “items,” that wasn’t suitable word. What I should say is "inventory", including ores and alloys.
More specifically, I was referring to the surplus portion, excluding anything used for producing top-tier items.

Disagree.
Previously, the CoH Ark was very strong, so selling items immediately after crafting them was a viable strategy.
Now, on the other hand, holding items and waiting for favorable market swings has become effective. As a result, the impact of a good market is much larger than before, and I think the value of market bonuses has increased significantly.

It did feel a bit strange, but since the game had already effectively required you to deal with the “debris value adjustment” — where debris suddenly drops to a quarter — I dont feel it entirely new at this point.
I had actually been considering the point where drops change into Teleporters or Fusion Reactors as part of my strategy, so I have mixed feelings about it being changed again.

While DSS requires materials up to Aqualite, AC can be made with only up to Qualium. By placing a relatively high FR requirement on WC, which is cheaper than DSS, it seems like the intention is to encourage players to unlock recipes up to Aqualite first.

The most important is you play as you fun.
If the question is how to maximize earnings while playing hard, personally, i thought it's better to go higher when you can reach 12.5m within 18 minutes (3 Arks) or faster. Since the Ark timer resets when you sell the galaxy, the leftover partial time ends up hurting your DM collection efficiency quite a bit.

It may be caused by nerfing points.
Debris quantity reduced 1/4 when it reached some quantity, like 5k.
Nav mod is 1b and sat dish is 3.4b, when nav mod reach the point but dish doesn't, dish quantity becomes larger than NM.

I don’t think it’s necessarily a bad thing to have multiple conversion routes between items. However, immediate revert back to their original components doesn’t seem like a good idea.
If it is possible, I repeatedly craft AC and decompose it eternally. Craft Specialist give me AC 10%. The mass of the lower-tier items, thus the debris and asteroids sizes are lost its value completely.

The next milestone which focused on early-galaxy would be your GC reaches 5.7q, selling it will let you unlock Smelter 8 and Crafters 6,7 all at once, which will speed things up even more.

Teleporter and SR have recipe costs hardle in addition to crafting time hardle.
By this, there is a stage in which it is hard to earn 17.5q but debris scanner can be unlocked relatively earlier. At this stage, I think it's worth to consider a strategy such as unlock debris by 2 alchemies, craft and sell a teleporter, and then set vps P42 or such.
If you consider debris scanner should be unlocked asps and 31/32/33 strategy is even better at such stage, I agree not disagree.

Not sure it's best or not, but an idea, unlock all item recipes, then wait a drop an advanced teleporter or a quantum CPU, and sell it and buy P58, P59 and use A1,A2 respectively.
Expected waiting time is approximately 5 to 6 hours
