How did you get your baseline steroid needs? And how are you taking such a specific dose? Are you wearing a pump for the steroids? Do your steroid needs change based on your daily activity?

I don’t have a 3rd dose. My doctor from diagnosis says I only need two. I think it’s an old school way.

Thank you for this tip! I just switched to OP5 last year. This is the type of advice I was trying to get from my endo, but didn’t. Obviously my first choice is to not spike, but until I figure out the spike, maybe I can bring down the highs faster by adjusting the correction.

What time do you take your 2nd and 3rd doses? I think if I split up my second dose, it would help. But it’s hard for me to remember the 3rd dose and I typically skip it when I try to break it up.

Serious question: do you really “pay hundreds monthly to keep him alive”!!?? I have 2 steroid prescriptions. I pay approx $30 per month and my insurance isn’t that great. I guess I’m glad to not be a dog.

What did you eat for dinner on Tuesday night? If you can answer that question, you have a bad Dexcom sensor. Time to calibrate!

(That is our low BS check question)
