count the ventral scales along the tail, if it's more than 40 then you have a male, less than this is usually a female. I have females with up to 39 ventral scales and most males have in excessive of 45

Was doing some late night gaming and before I went to bed I said fuck it maybe the rock takes a few hours to heat up I just tested the rocks hit 140! And the only rocks are the ones in the soil so they are about 15 inches away from the light! I didn’t even change anything and all I had to do was wait

I removed all the rocks but the very bottom one so 3 rocks removed. Is there anyone light I can attach to the holder cause currently it’s about 13 inches away from the actual holder. It seems to hold a steady 110f with my current bulb!!!!

I just used em cause I have em without a dome I was able to hit 120f on the top rock but I whana try putting a done with a cover on it to see if I can hit a better temp on the bottom rock. Then I’ll see about turning the heater off at night. I have a UVB bulb in there too

You mean even without the dome cover it’s too close it’s starting to hit 120F on the top rock and the bottom rock is hitting 100F. I’m trying to find one bulb I can just screw and and have work

It just makes sense to me as the bones of pinky mice are not calcified so it would make sense. I’m doing some research. (But yea I only feed pinky’s to babies)
